The Mobile Health Program Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating the operational and administrative functions of the Mobile Health Program through Healthy Communities. This nurse will work closely with Healthy Communities and other divisions and programs within the hospital to ensure the Mobile Health Program delivers quality clinical services in the communities of Chicago to help improve access to care for all children.
