This training is designed for supervisors to discuss their role and impact on and in organizations. As supervisors, we must incorporate trauma-informed care principles to address workplace trauma experienced by staff. During this Illinois Collaboration on Youth (ICOY) training, facilitators will highlight tools for effectively building relationships, managing conflict, and communication skills within teams. Participants will gain strategies to become a trauma-informed supervisor and create a trauma-informed environment for staff and clients alike.
