In the first session, attendees will become familiar with key elements of Circles including roles and routines to foster accountability and equity. Most importantly, attendees will take away a Circle plan and resources to facilitate a Circle of their own — in class with colleagues. In the second session, attendees will dive into the nuts-and-bolts of Circle writing, learn what makes a compelling Circle plan, how to anticipate participants needs, and ways to trouble shoot common Circle challenges. In the third session, attendees will bring a Circle they’ve written and hosted to discuss with others.
