This event will be a gathering of all Community Health Workers (CHW) public health strategists, healthcare leaders, and community activists to join for a day of learning, networking, and celebration of the achievements of CHWs across the region. The keynote speaker will be Rv. Dr. Otis Moss III, senior pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, who will discuss public health and social justice reform.
