Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO) policies allow a court to temporarily remove
firearms from an individual who may be at risk of dangers to themselves or others. During this webinar, researchers will discuss the results of new research from the University of California-Davis that examines differences in perception and use of ERPOs in relation to race and ethnicity and will consider earlier research on ERPO through a racial equity lens.
