YWCA wants to elevate stakeholders’ experiences and feature their stories in the upcoming 2023 Illinois KIDS COUNT State Report that will be released on June 14. The aim is to feature 5 stories/people on timely policy topics and all selected participants will be compensated $100 for their time and sharing of these stories. Topics include the economic impacts of the pandemic on youth, families, and immigrants, and barriers to employment, housing, education, and youth mental health.
