The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information about civil legal needs of Cook County residents and to better understand how service providers respond to these needs. Legal Aid Chicago intends on using this information to improve their outreach and operations. Upon the completion of this project, a report using this data will be made available to service providers and organizations so they can also use it to inform their practices.
