We know actions speak louder than words, and that’s never felt truer than it does today. With that said, the way one develops strategies and communicates about a nonprofit’s initiative also matters — these are vehicles through which nonprofits can lead by example. Two sector leaders will discuss how adopting a strength-based approach can play a role in advancing equity and share examples of what they’re doing at their own organizations.
