This role is primarily responsible for management of The Potocsnak Family Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine HIV and substance use prevention programs including the CDPH HIV Population Centered Health Homes (PCHH) grant and three-year SAMSHA funded project REACH (Reaching Every Adolescent in Chicago through Harm Reduction).
