The Manager of Violence Prevention Initiatives provides project and personnel management support and assistance with operational and strategic planning, coordination, communication, and evaluation of violence prevention programs and initiatives within the Patrick M. Magoon Institute for Healthy Communities, including Strengthening Chicago’s Youth, a Chicago violence prevention collaborative convened by Lurie Children’s, the Juvenile Justice Collaborative, a care coordination program for youth in the justice system, and future initiatives. This position provides support to ensure the success of Magoon Institute’s annual goals and Lurie Children’s community health strategy and organizational mission. More information here.
